Very central location. Large family room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Ability to temporarily leave luggage in secure room after check-out at no extra cost.
Basin in bathroom cracked, strains on carpet, entrance door damaged. Noisy residents in adjoining room. This hotel is in need of renovation.
(1) It was the venue of a workshop that I attended; (2) In walking distance of some interesting parts of Sydney; (3) nice and quiet suburb; (4) reasonably comfortable room; (5) Most of the staff quite nice.
(1) A liitle bit noisy. Insulation between rooms didn't seem very well. (2) Cold in the restaurant in the mornings.
Convenient location to restaurants etc at Darling Harbour. Easy access with shuttle service to airport.
the room space is very big enough to fit at least 2 people to stay...and quite outside, no any noise....
the hotel has a little bit old
The hotel is a bit dated and in need of refurbishment, but everything is there. I had a big, pleasant room with a balcony and bath. The hotel staff is friendly. The location is (very) good. And you get all this for a much cheaper price than other hotels in the area.
The quiet location within easy walking distance of Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the Monorail. Also, the friendly staff who were willing to assist and provide advice when required.
Lack of a fitness facility.
Very well located for the purpose of our visit which was in Darling harbor. Very quiet.
Breakfast was disgusting and would not recommend everything was mainly cold. Could have been our fault due to arriving half hour before they closed. Still was not worth the $'s. Next question yes but not breakfast.
People generally friendly and helpful. Room clean.
They forgot to phone us with a wake-up call. They were $30 out in giving us an idea of the taxi fare to the airport. Room dated (TV, bathroom) but clean.
When we complained the staff were quite helpful and apologetic.
I asked for a city view and top floor back in July and never received this. Also bathroom mouldy curtains ripped and I could have got something closer for cheaper and better quality.
close to the city easy to get around and nice quite area to come back to to relax and sleep
Its quite , clean and friendly
Car parking fees are to expensive. Guests should be complimerntary. Also the bed lights did notwork and the tv did not have fox and was rather old. Most hotels in this price range have at least flat screens.
At all times very helpful and efficient counter staff.
Thin walls? At the mercy of late-night noisy guests.
the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sydney Convention Centre, is clean and comfortable.
although we managed there was insufficient hot water at peak times especially in the morning
I slept very well. very quite especially given the location. Felt more like a apartment.
I was very happy with everything. At one occasion I wanted to take the stairs and overlooked the fire exit sign. I could not get back and was afraid to exit as it says it would trigger an alarm. I waited trapped in the stairs for about 10min until fortunately front desk staff entered the stairs. Not sure if this happens a lot, I personally like to take stairs. Best wishes, Frank
A mid-range priced hotel close to Darling Harbour, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; large, comfortable and clean rooms.
Not really but they could keep closer tabs on regular maintenance.
